Our step by step process
Apply for a home visit
Contact us for an appointment and we will have one of our friendly representatives call you to make arrangements to visit your home.
View our samples
On the day of your appointment our representative will visit your home with samples of our products and to measure the area(s) you require.
Pay deposit
If your happy to go ahead, you will only need to pay £40 deposit on the day (Cash or Card)
Arrange fitting date
Your order will be processed with the office. You will receive a SMS or Email with a link to add your card details this is an added security for our customers. Your data will be encrypted to give you extra security.
Once this has been set up, your first payment will then activate your account. You will then receive a call usually 24-48 hrs after payment is made to arrange a fitting date that is convenient for you.
Schedule appointment
Fitting is normally 7-14 days after taking your order. Under certain circumstances, we will try our best to fit you in sooner.
Fit your new carpet
On the day of the fitting the carpet fitter will call you to arrange installation of your new flooring. You will need the remainder of your deposit which in most cases is £75.
